We offer unique gift wrapping options for almost all items at the shop. You can chose your own paper from our selection and we’ll do the rest. Present your loved ones with something special and unique.

Clients can bring in floor plans and images of their home and inspiration and our team will assist with any aspect of the design process that is desired. We can help to select colour palettes and furnishings and give the best options for space planning. Our team will provide their expertise as well as a positive experience.

Our first priority is to always ensure client satisfaction, and in order to do so we encourage all customers to review our store policies. The shop does not issue refunds, instead a store credit or exchange for stock items will be given within a 7 day period. Original sales receipt must be provided at time of exchange. When placing an order at the store a minimum or 50% deposit is required. Orders will be processed the following business day; once the supplier/manufacturer has sent confirmation the order is final. Should you wish to cancel your order, an in store credit will be issued; no cash will be refunded. Most items take 4 to 8 weeks, however it is keeping within industry standards to have items delivered up to a 16 week period. In certain circumstance, unforeseen issues may occur, such as fabric availability, hold ups at customs, etc… and may result in a longer delivery time.
